Leadership Development Program

Merck Frosst offers a comprehensive set of on-site leadership training programs that offer employees the opportunity to strengthen existing skills and develop new ones.

Merck's Development Resource Center

We encourage our employees to build their skills through Corporate programs and resources as well. The Merck Leadership Center - offering courses both online and on-site - offers more than 2,500 CD-ROM courses, video and audio cassette programs, and hundreds of books and periodicals on leadership, general management and personal development subjects.

Educational Assistance

All Merck Frosst employees are supported in their pursuit for higher education through the Educational Assistance program. This program is designed to provide financial assistance toward the cost of tuition, registration, books and required laboratory fees for eligible employees.
