Because of the interdisciplinary nature of the Pharmaceutical R&D department, you can work very closely with people whose area of expertise is very different from yours. That cross-fertilization of different thinking and different disciplines can be very exciting to a scientist.

Applicants should have a keen interest in pharmaceutics and some experience in pharmacokinetics, chromatography, computers and automation.
